Guests have a choice of where to dine - either in our relaxed lounge bar or in our more formal restaurant.

Our chef uses as many locally produced ingredients as possible - one of the main reasons behind our reputation for providing an excellent balance between imaginative and traditional cuisines. The menu is complemented by a well balanced wine list.
